  • The Firm has represented foreign investors looking to invest and carry-on business in Kenya in obtaining licences and approvals for their business from the relevant regulating authorities, including licences from Kenya Investment Authority.
  • The Firm has acted for Helen Keller International and Iungo Capital BV in obtaining work permits and Alien Identity Cards for its foreign employees.
