As a lawyer awaiting admission to the bar, Talissa handles a wide range of activities in the Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate, Capital Markets and Employment and Labour Relations departments.

She assists in the drafting of commercial contracts and the incorporation of business entities as well as the drafting and review of employment contracts and human resource policies.

She undertakes research on matters relating to capital markets and also assists in the negotiation and drafting of commercial and residential leases and tenancy agreements, sale and purchase of land contracts among other key agreements in real estate law.
